Hi everyone!  Usually my mom or dad updates the website, but
they were slacking off, so I decided to do it myself.  It's been
awhile, again, but nothing much is happening at my house.  And
yes, it is MY house!  I pretty much run the place!  Pretty good
for someone who can't even walk or talk yet.

Mommy started going back to work full time this week.  She
leaves me with my Nana.  While I love hanging out with Nana, I
get kind of mad at mom and dad for just letting Nana pick me up
every morning while it is dark, and then not picking me up again
until it is pretty much dark again.  So, just to let them know, I
make sure I ignore them for a little while after leaving Nana's
house.  But then, I can't stand it anymore and smile and laugh
at them.  I've been doing that a lot lately!  I love to get my
diaper changed, sit in my bouncy seat, and play with my jungle
on the floor.  I giggle and smile very big a lot, I am just
starting to be able to reach out and actually grab things, and
every once in awhile I am able to put things in my mouth.  In
the last couple of days I have discovered this weird thing in my
mouth that makes my hands and chin wet when I play with it.  I
think mommy said it's called a tongue, but I'm not sure exactly
what that means.  All I know is that it is in my mouth all the
time, and sometimes when I am playing with it, it makes me
gag.  I think it's pretty funny, but I don't think mom and dad
do.

Wednesday was my Uncle Al's birthday.  I begged daddy to
send him a Leatherman because he doesn't have one.  Daddy
always says you can't leave the house without a Leatherman,
and I already have one.  So I said to my daddy "how am I
supposed to go hunting and fishing with my uncle if he doesn't
have a Leatherman?"  He agreed, and quickly ordered it and had
it sent off for me.  WHEW!!  That was close...HMMMM...I
wonder if Dr. Bove has one?!?!?!

Oh yeah, and the best news of all is that daddy says he thinks
I weigh pretty close to 13 pounds already!  Mommy complains a
lot about how heavy I am.  I try to tell her to just put me
down so I can walk on my own, but for some reason, she never
does that.  She just smiles and talks weird to me, so I give up
and just smile, because she seems to really like that!  I think
I'll use that when I get older for the times I get in trouble.  I
think if I smile and giggle for mommy, maybe then I won't get
in trouble as much!  Hey, it works so far!!  Anyway, I only have
to gain 2 more pounds to be at the weight that my heart Doctor
here in Des Moines, the GREAT Dr. Mooradian, wants me to be
at when I go back to Michigan in January.

Uncle Al, Aunt Marcia and cousins Michelle and Ashely came to
see me two weeks ago, that was really fun, Uncle Al has said he
is pretty proud of me, that means ALOT!!!  And then Grammy Jo
and Grandpa Ed came to see my sisters and me last weekend.
We went to lunch and I slept while they ate.  She misses us a
lot, and I don't blame her, who wouldn't?

Hi to my friends in Michigan...Dr. Lozier, Nurse Kris, and
Marycateandashley to just name a few!  See you soon!  You
won't even recognize me I am soooo big!

See lots of photos here!

See you later, alligators!
Love, Little Al
(and mom, dad, Erin, and Megan, too)!!

Go BLUE!!!  We want to see you in the Rose Bowl!!!
