Hi guys!  Hope everything is going well.  It is going great here
at Little Al's house!  He seems to think that he's in charge...I
guess he's right!  He knows without a doubt that if he cries,
he will get picked up and cuddled.  And, he takes advantage
of that!

We had an appointment with an ear nose and throat Doctor on
Friday to find out what he thinks about Little Al's vocal
chords.  It turns out that he thinks they will heal themselves!
He doesn't want to do anything right now to see what
happens, and we will go back in 6 weeks to see how they are
doing.  I'll tell you what, at 4 o'clock this morning, his vocal
chords were working very very well!

Alan's Uncle Lynn, Aunt Myra, and Cousin Alicia came to visit
this weekend, so that was very fun.  Aunt Myra took right
over when she got here and held him the whole time she was
here, except when Alicia was!  She even got to feed him.  He
just loves being held, so when they left, he got very fussy.
Anyway, he loved his visitors, and hopes to meet the rest of
his aunts and uncles very soon.

Mommy definitely thinks that Little Al is gaining weight.  We
had to loosen the seat belt in his car seat, and he seems to be
quite heavy lately.  He's getting more of a personality, too.
He is starting to smile more, and is discovering more and more
every day.

Well, not much to report.  Just trying to adjust to life at
home, and establish some kind of routine.

We still check the guestbook every day, so keep on leaving us
messages!  We'll never be sick of reading them!

Much love,
