I'll explain the pictures starting at the very top and working my
way down.
The top one is Little Al and his friend the bear who has been
sleeping with him since day one. The bear will be coming home with
some drool on him, needless to say!

The next one is mom once again trying to calm Little Al down because he is getting upset.
He just wants that vent tube out and there is nothing his mommy can do about it!
Next is the autograph football. We bought this Michigan football, and everyone who is
helping Little Al is signing it. We have everyone so far except Dr. Bove! Only the most
important person!
Next comes all of his friends he's collected in the last couple of weeks. The balloon and a
stuffed dog he got from the Cardiology team. Then, various volunteers have brought in the
other stuffed animals, and then, of course his bear that his big sisters bought for him!
Then is his friend blue bear again!
Next is a picture of Little Al and friends from behind, and then just a black and white of
Alan.
The next two show our boys' attitude. The one on the left is eyes open, calm. Then, we
get mad!!!
Today two men came around with a cart full of toys. Their business collects toys and
blankets, and then they bring them in and give them away to the kids in the ICU. So, Mom
got to pick out a toy for Little Al. I sure am glad we have the suburban here! Otherwise,
I don't know how we would fit in the car on the way home!
The last picture is the cardio team doing their rounds. They are talking about when Little
Al will do his sprint. Behind them is his nurse for today.
