This is my first entry and I'm not quite sure where this
journal will go, but I might as well get it started.
Things will never be normal for us again, but Holly & I try
to get through everyday the best we can. It will never get
easier, the pain will never go away and we will NEVER
forget Little Al. He was such an amazing boy and taught
us so much in his short little life. I still can not get over
how he had eyes of such an older person, not the 5 1/2
month old he was. To see what I mean, go back and look
closely through his photo album. He was always trying to
figure everything out, like he knew he had to explore with
his eyes all that he could in a short time. I talk to him
each day still, and when he is not too busy fishin', huntin'
or having fun with Grandpa Bud or Great Papa, he has time
to talk back too!
Well, for other news...
I am in the planning stages for the annual fishing trip and
the follow up canoe trip that will follow. So far the canoe
trip will consist of myself, Holly, Jeff & Jane. Scotty hopes
to make it too and possibly Kirs. We are going to go in on
Moose Lake at CBO and end up in Ensign Lake for a few
nights. Hopefully it will be another wonderful trip! I will
post more details about it as they progress. Eventually I
will have the 4DFCC website updated also.
Well I want to get this posted, so that will be it for now.
