| August 2005 Trip to Michigan, Canada and Minnesota! |
The purpose of this trip is to
remember Little Al. We had
been anticipating this trip
since last summer because
Alan was in a study at U of M
and would have had to go for
a day of testing related to that
around his first birthday. Had
Alan been up to it, we would
have taken most, if not all, of
this route. Somehow I think he
would have been ready to go!
So the trip now is for us to
honor Little Al and we will be
stopping at the U of M to see
old friends and to donate
Alan's memorial money in
person to the PCTU and for
research of HLHS. We will
then continue on and give the
girls their first chance of
setting foot on soil outside of
the U.S., they are very excited
about this!
As long as I can get internet
connections along the way,
we will try to make nightly
updates.
